Walcher <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich <br />CWCB Director <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />The Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company is requesting an increase of $301,500 to the <br />Company's 2000 authorization of $2,357,000 to rehabilitate various reservoirs, pipelines and canals <br />within their existing system. The requested loan increase is due to cost oveITWlS incurred during <br />construction of these projects and corresponding additional engineering work. <br /> <br />Backe:round <br /> <br />At the January 1996 board meeting, the Colorado Water Conservation Board approved a loan from <br />the Construction Fund to the Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company in the amount of $1,202,000. The <br />$1,202,000 loan was based on a comprehensive feasibility report prepared by Smith Geoteclrnical, Fort <br />Collins, Colorado to rehabilitate the existing irrigation system. The feasibility report identified a number of <br />projects to be improved within the Company's 6 reservoir, 25 mile canal irrigation system. The projects <br />identified are summarized as follows: <br /> <br />* Poudre Valley Canal <br />* Cobb Lake Pipeline <br />* Cobb Lake Pipeline <br />* Cobb Lake Inlet <br />* Res.
