Application Summarv

This is an application for a county-wide plan (umbrella plan) for augmentation to offset depletions
resulting fi'om surface and ground water diversions for various uses by various entities within the
County. Applicant has specified a number of stream reaches in the Clear Creek basins from which
water may be diverted via surface diversions, storage facilities, and ground water wells or infiltration
galleries. Applicant also identifies several sources of augmentation water that could be used to
replace depletions.
