Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt with a b ay Wright to approve staff
recommendation that the Board approve th istri s re uest for the construction of
a path/trail subject to the requirements and con lIOns ofthe May 5, 1997 contract
and additional conditions set forth within the CWCB right-of-way under Method III
fee consideration. The Method III fee consideration for this request is "no charge".
Staff is authorized to prepare the necessary contract / easement documents and the
Director to execute said documents. It should be further recommended that the
grantee should replace and reclaim all existing easement / Project features. It is
further recommended that the District install proper signing for the path / trail system
to protect the public safety for the path / trail system to protect the public safety of
project land users.
Motion is approved 10 - O.
