deadlines for introduction. The committeemayreportnomorethan three bills
or other measures to the legislative council ,created in section 2-3-301, c.R.S.,
unless a two-thirds m<\iority of the members of~e committee vote to report a greater
number. No bill shall be reported to the le~lative council unless a two-thirds
m<\iority of the appointed members of the cornmittee vote to report such bill to the
legislative council. Such greater number shall not exceed one bill or other measure
per member. These bills shall be exempt from any applicable billlirnit imposed on
the individual committee members sponsorjng such bills if the bills have been
approved by the legislative council no j later than October 15 %OOi- IN
EVEN-NUMBERED YEARS AND NOVEMBER 15 IN ODD-NUMBERED YEARS.
SECTION 3. Repeal. 37-98-104, Colorado Revised Statutes, is
repealed as follows:
