MR. JACKSON: I only tell you what I said in the

legislature many times. I'm sure the understanding

exists and if we put it in words I'm sure it exists.

MR. FETCHER: I second it.

MR. KROEGER: Okay. John has seconded it. Is there

further discussion? Bob, do you wish to repeat that

motion?

MR. JACKSON: Simply add the language that you see

in 15 and elsewhere, "The monies for this proj ect are

conditional to approval by the Colorado Water Conservation

Board. "

MR. FETCHER: Simply becuase the projects came in

after our original

MR. JACKSON: Well, Meadow Creek because of the

conflict with the landowners and Terrace Reservoir simply

as a lake.

MR. KROEGER: Are you ready to vote?

MR. GETZ: This Board has already brought up the

Terrace Reservoir subject once before and we did approve

it at our last Board meeting.

MR. JACKSON: Well, my memory failed me on that,

Lloyd. I wasn't quite that happy with it.

MR. GETZ: The work is almost complete on that

right now and the fellows have borrowed the money to pay

the contractor and --
