2. Castle Pines North Metropolitan District, an amendment to reduce the final loan amount .
to $255,803.52. The contract documents were sent to the district on April 7, 1999 for
review and signature.

3. DeWeese Dye Ditch & Reservoir Company, a loan authorized by HB98-1189 for
$734,000 for the rehabilitation of the DeWeese Dam. The Borrower was provided with
contract documents for signature on April 1 , 1999.

4. Durkee Ditch Company, an amendment to reduce the final loan amount to $95,000. The
company was provided contract documents for signature on May 7, 1999.

5. City of Fort Morgan, an amendment to allow the City's bonds to have parity with our loan
as approved by the Board at its July 1997 meeting and to secure the remainder of the
collateral required by the Board's approval. The borrower reviewed the amendment and
submitted comments on May 10,1999.

6. City of Fort Morgan, a loan authorized by HB98-1189 in the amount of $8,000,000 out of
the Construction Fund and the Severance Tax Trust Fund for the final segment of the
Southern Water Supply Pipeline. The borrower reviewed the contract and provided their
comments on May 10, 1999.

7. Military Park Reservoir Company, an amendment to establish the final loan amount.
The contract was submitted to the Borrower for signature on March 10, 1999.

8. New Cache La Poudre Irrigation Company, an amendment to establish the final loan
amount. The contract was submitted to the State Controller for final approval on April 16, .
1999.

9. U. S. Geological Survey, a joint funding agreement for the Kiowa Core project in
conjunction with the Colorado Water Resources and the Denver Museum of Natural
History. The agreement was sent to the State Controller for final approval on April 19,
1999.

10. U. S. Fish and Wildlife, a grant authorized out of the Fish and Wildlife Resources
Account by SB97-8 In the amount of $1,250,000 for the Grand Valley Water
Management Project proposed by the Recovery Implementation Program for the
endangered fish species of the Upper Colorado River basin. A draft contract was
submitted to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife on August 5, 1998 for its review.

11. Wood Lake Mutual Water and Irrigation Company, an amendment to increase the loan
amount by $270,000 to $458,000. The contract documents were sent to the company
for review on May 11, 1999.

PROJECTS AWAITING CONTRACTING. There are 64 contracts (47 project loans and 17 contract
amendments), including the projects on this year's Construction Fund Bill, valued at $61 million
that are awaiting contracting.
