Upon receipt of the PTSs, a meeting wili be scheduled <br /> <br /> <br />with each firm at which the firm's PTS will be discussed <br /> <br /> <br />at length. <br /> <br />2. Following these discussions, the CWCB staff will <br /> <br /> <br />evaluate and rank the firms based upon the information <br /> <br /> <br />provided in the PTSs, the discussions with each firm, <br /> <br /> <br />and the comments of the references provided by each <br />firm. <br /> <br />3. Contract negotiations will then be initiated with the <br /> <br /> <br />highest ranked firm pursuant to section 24-30-1404, CRS <br /> <br /> <br />1973, as amended. <br /> <br />In evaluating firms, the following factors will be taken <br /> <br /> <br />into consideration by the CWCB staff, each of which will be <br /> <br /> <br />graded from one (lowest) to ten (h ighest) and weighted as <br />follows: <br /> <br />151 Design of and approach to the study (as embodied in <br />the PTS and amplified in the discussion with each <br />firm) . <br /> <br />151 Capability to design earth dams and foundations, <br />reinforced concrete and concrete arch dams and the <br /> <br />associated foundation works, and concrete spillways. <br /> <br />-10- <br />
