The minutes <br />reflect statements by Reclamation's Alamosa Field Office Hydrologist that t1te Closed <br />Basin Project is not affecting the Baca Ranch and t1tat Closed Basin Project Operations <br />are in compliance with the authorizing legislation. <br /> <br />Also attached is a newspaper article from the August 29, 1998 Valley Courier that <br />provides an overview of what is happening with the San Luis Valley ballot initiatives and <br />the resent lawsuit filed by the Cabeza De Vaca Land & Cattle Company.
