The proposed facility will consist <br />primarily of; two youth baseball/softball fields, a multi-use athletic field, lighted parking <br />lot, trail connections to the Mary Carter Greenway, restroom facility, irrigation, <br />landscaping and associated ancillary amenities. The eastern edge of the proposed park <br />development will involve area within the jurisdiction of the CWCB. <br /> <br />Pursuant to CWCB requirements. we are requesting a construction easement in order to <br />go forward with this important project. Attached you will find a project plan drawing, <br />drainage plan, legal description, and support letter from South Suburban Park and <br />Recreation District. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that the CWCB has a Board meeting in January, at which time our <br />easement request will be considered.
