<br />Consent Agenda Item 2c <br />Case No. 5-04CW045; Bruce Eaton <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights. The Applicant seeks to dry up land associated <br />witb tbe J.M. Dodd Ditch, which historically diverted water from Lake Creek in Eagle County, and <br />now divert tbe water from tbe Eagle River at point from upstream from tbe confluence of tbe Eagle <br />River and Lake Creek.
