Bill Green has informed me that Julesburg has withdrawn its application.
I have the following comments on the Ute and Loveland funding proposals:

Ute Water Conllflrvancy District (Plateall Crllflk Pipeline)

Project Cost - $30.3 million
eWCB Loan - $ 6.4 million (remilfnder of existing commibnent)
Ute Cash - $32.5 million (current)
Based on these numbers and the Olslrict's financial strength, it appears that there may not
be a need to borrow any additional funds. If additional funds are needed, the District would
be eligible for a Drinking Water Revolving Fund leveraged loan or a loan through the
Authority's Small Water Projects program. The District could a.lso issue bonds on its own.

city of Loveland (Green Ridge Glade Reservoir)

Project Cost - $19.7 million
CWCS Loan - $ 2.0 million (existing commfbnent)
City Cash - $13.0 million (projected at the time of construction)
Based on these numbers, it aQPears that an additional $8 million is needed to build the
project and maintain reserves at $3 million. The project Is not eligible for a Drinking Water
Revolving Fund loan. The City would be eligible for a loan through the Authority's Small
Water Projects Program or could issue bonds on its own.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.

~

Daniel L.
