<br />Table 2 shows that the summer flow recommendation of 3.5 cfs is available at least 50% of the <br />time from May 1 through September 14. The summer flow recommendation was further reduced <br />to 1. 8 cfs for the time period of September 15 through October 31 based on limited water <br />availability. Table 2 also shows that the winter flow recommendation of 2.8 cfs was not <br />available at least 50% of the time and the winter flow recommendation was further reduced to <br />0.75 cfs for the time period of November 1 through April 30 based on limited water availability. <br /> <br />PreciDitation Data <br />Staff reviewed local precipitation data sets from 2 different sites located around the Tunnel <br />Gulch Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). These sites include Twin Lakes and <br />Sugarloaf Reservoir.
