Five programs/projects that I will provide you briefing memorandum or <br />minute reports are: <br />· 23a - Colorado Flood Task Force Report Meeting Summary for April 8, 2003 <br />· 23b - Cherry Creek Dam Safety Advisory Committee Pre- Final Cherry Creek PMP Study <br />Meeting Summary <br />· 23c - Update on Colorado Map Modernization Plan <br />· 23d - Publishing the 2002 Post - Fire Hazard Identification Maps <br />· 23e - Memorandum reporting on Wintertime Weather Modification Program for Colorado and <br />Western USA <br /> <br />My report and discussion will present an opportunity to provide the Board Members with a more <br />detailed presentation ofthe "issues and actions" of the above programs/projects. <br /> <br />Item 23a. <br />Issues: The CWCB staff chairs the Colorado Flood Task Force. The April meeting provided the Task <br />Force membership an opportunity to present agency program feature and benefits to the flood <br />community for their flood preparedness activities. These presentations provide an opportunity to !mow <br />what programs and agency representatives are available in times of FLOOD. All of the presentations <br />are documented in an Outlook report and meeting minutes that are placed on the CWCB website for <br />general and local information. <br /> <br />Actions: A formal reporting of the meeting was prepared and made available to Colorado officials and <br />the public through the CWCB web site @ cwcb.state.co.uslflood. <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
