<br />recommendation was further reduced to 0.4 cfs for the time period of August 1 et through <br />February 14th based on limited water ayailability. <br /> <br />Existing Water Right Information <br /> <br />Staff has analyzed the water rights tabulation and consulted with the Diyision Engineer Office <br />(DEO) to identify any potential water ayailability problems. There is one decreed surface <br />diyersion within this reach of stream (Shepardson Ditch #3). According to the DEO, the <br />Shepardson Ditch #3 shows no diyersions records.
