The District is in the process of expanding its dual water system to serve up to <br />1500 additional homes. The Poudre Tech Metropolitan District was formed in 1994 <br />under Coiorado's Soeciai District Act. it has the Dower to construct and ooerate facilities. <br />. levy taxes, and issue debt subject to the provisions of TABOR. The District has . <br />completed the feasibility study.
