The CWCB is currently working with the Division 7 Engineer and the Bureau of <br />Reclamation in an effort to address San Juan-Chama Project operations, which have resulted in <br />the CWCB's instream flow water right not being met. If these efforts are not successful, the e <br />CWCB will be forced to place an administrative call for its water right. Instead, the CWCB is <br />hopeful that an operational solution can be found which will allow the Bureau to honor the <br />CWCB instream flow right on a permanent basis and maintain Project yield. <br /> <br />Representatives from the Bureau of Reclamation's Albuquerque Office have been invited to <br />address the Board on the status of these discussions. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Attachment <br />L:\BOARDMEM\May 99\9c May99 San Juan-Chama Project.doc <br />
