Approval of agenda. <br /> <br />2. Federal project cost-sharing and financing mechanisms. <br /> <br />A. Review of present laws and policies. <br />B. Review of basin fund accounts. <br />C. Review of pending proposals. <br /> <br />(1) Domenici-Moynihan bill. <br />(2) Amendments to Upper Colorado River Basin Fund. <br />(3) Others. <br />D. Public comments. <br />E. Discussion. <br /> <br />3. Director's report. <br /> <br />4. Attorney General's report. <br /> <br />5. State Engineer's report. <br /> <br />6. Adj ournment. <br /> <br />NOTE: This special meeting is being held for the purpose <br />of soliciting public comments on proposed changes in federal <br />cost-sharing and financing laws and policies. The Board encour- <br />ages all interested persons to make their views known and to <br />bring to the Board's attention ideas which they may have for the <br />future financing of water projects in Colorado.
