We plan to publish this newsletter at least twice a year as a marketing tool for <br />the loan program of the Construction Fund and Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account. <br />The dates for publication are tentatively scheduled for February, immediately after the January <br />Board meeting, and early June, three months before the August 31 loan application deadline. This <br />first edition will be mailed in mid-April with a follow-up issue in late June. <br /> <br />Topics for future articles include financial policies, feasibility studies, contracting, the <br />construction fund bill, non-reimbursable investments, featured projects, new technology, and other <br />on-going construction and water development issues of interest to Colorado water users. We will <br />try to distribute the newsletter to as many water user entities as possible. <br /> <br />Give your comments to any Water Supply Planning and Finance Section staffmember in <br />Greeley, or e-mail, call, or mail them to me at the office.
