This water could be used to <br />maintain the minimum strum flow of the river. The energy cost of pumping could be <br />minimized with a small hydroplant near the sewage plant <br /> <br />In addition, Eric supports the concerns of the San Miguel Valley Corporation, <br />particularly the lack of alternatives and support therefore with respect to water <br />development by the Town on Mill and Bear Cnlek. <br /> <br />E <br />- <br />
