<br />Board (CWCB) will be held at the Bill Heddles Recreation Center, 530 Gunnison River Dan McAuliffe
<br />Drive, Delta, Colorado, This meeting will tentatively commence at 10:00, July 20, 2004 and Deputy Director

<br />Notice is hereby given that a Rulemaking Hearing will be held for consideration of amendments to the
<br />Rules Concerning the Colorado Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program, 2 CCR 408-2, The amendments
<br />(I) implement H.B. 03-1320, which authorizes the CWCB to temporarily acquire water rights for instream flow
<br />use under certain conditions and in accordance with specified procedures; and (2) revise Rule 6i" which
<br />establishes a procedure for public input into the CWCB's acquisitions of water, water rights and interests in
<br />water, This hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 21,2004 and will commence at 1:00 p,m, in the Bill
<br />Heddles Recreation Center, 530 Gunnison River Drive, Delta, Colorado. For additional information on the
