The legislation would <br />authorize the Interior Secretary to enter into contracts 'for the use of excess storage and <br />conveyance capacity in the Fryingpan-Arkansas J>roject, Colorado, to conduct studies for the <br />enlargement of Pueblo Dam and Reservoir and Sugar Loaf Dam and Turquoise Lake. ' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Board supported the legislative propClsal in concept, but wanted to review the bill <br />after it was introduced. ' <br /> <br />The bill was introduced on May 5.
