M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, we'll call this regularly <br />scheduled meeting of the Colorado Water Con- <br />servation Board to order. I would like at <br />this time to introduce, first of all, two new <br />members of our Board appointed by Governor Love <br />since our last meeting. Si Berthelson of Rio <br />Blanco. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Ne are delighted to have both these gentle- <br />men. They are well experienced in water matters <br />and will be members of our Board for at least <br />three years. Ne will look fO~lard to some <br />pleasant meetings - there may be some contro- <br />versy but a lot of good, I am sure, \~ill come <br />out of it. <br /> <br />Let me also introduce some of the other <br />members of the Board who are present here. ~tr. <br />Quincy Cornelius from Hooper; ~tr.
