<br />r <br />-~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Exhibit ~ <br />Operational Plan <br /> <br />Tarqet Area <br /> <br />The target area is the Grand Mesa above 8.000 feet <br /> <br />elevation and adjoining mountainous areas above 8.000 feet <br /> <br />elevation east and southeast of the Grand Mesa in Delta. Mesa <br /> <br />and Gunnison Counties. <br /> <br />Generators <br /> <br />12 <br />A network of not more than ~ ground based silver iodide <br /> <br />generators will be used. Not more than 12 of these generators <br /> <br />shall be located south and east of the target area. with no <br /> <br />generators to be located south of U.S. Highway 50. Not more <br /> <br />than 5 of the generators shall be located west of and/or north <br />of the Grand Mesa. which generators shall be east of U.S. <br /> <br />Highway 50. south of Colorado Highways 65 and 330. and no <br /> <br />further east than Vega Reservoir. <br /> <br />All generators shall be located on private property. No <br /> <br />generators will be located on federal or other public <br /> <br />properties. <br /> <br />Local residents will be trained in the operation of the <br />generators by the permittee.
