An application for a Colorado weather modification permit has been properly made <br />by Lawrence M. Hjermstad, President of Western Weather ConsuJtants, Inc., of <br />Durango, Colorado. <br /> <br />2. The sponsors of the project are the Telluride Ski & Golf Company of Telluride, <br />Colorado, and the Southwestern Colorado Water Conservation District. <br /> <br />3. The person proposed to be in charge of the project for the sponsors is Lawrence M. <br />Hjermstad, of Durango, Colorado, who has provided adequate evidence of his <br />qualifications by professional education and experience to conduct weather <br />modification operations in the state.
