Certificates of Liability Insurance dated October 27,1997 and November 24,1997 <br />issued by Keller-Lowry Insurance, Inc., of Denver, Colorado, broker for ADCO <br />General Corporation of Denver, Colorado, certifying to the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board that policy No. 3AN4941 of Essex Insurance Company (ADCO) <br />has been issued to Western Weather Consultants, Inc., for commercial general <br />liability in a general aggregate amount of$I,OOO,OOO for the period from November <br />1, 1997 to November 1, 1998 for snow augmentation, and naming the certificate <br />holder as additionally insured. <br /> <br />7.
