A summary of form WM3 indicating on which days and from which generators seeding occurred in the project area and the intended results bi-weekly: ' 1) to the Department of Natural Resources, 2) to newspapers in the project area (including the Silverton Standard and the Alamosa Courier). 3) to the Colorado State Patrol and the Colorado Avalanche Information Center. c. A copy of the daily Worksheet Decision Summary Notification form on which seed/no seed decisions are based and the form indicating the parameter data information requested and utilized in making avalanche suspension decisions: to the Department of Natural Resources. d. C.R.S. S 36-20-117(3) specifies a written final operational report and a written final report, evaluating the project, or an annual operational report and an annual project evaluation, as the case may be. A final operational report along with a preliminary scientific evaluation of the project shall be filed no later than thirty days after the completion of the project. A final complete scientific evaluation of the project shall be filed no later than one hundred eighty days after the completion of the project. An annual summary report shall be filed sixty days prior to the renewal of a permit under the provisions of C.R,S. S 36-20-114(2). All such reports are publiC records subject to the prOVisions and limitations of part 2 of article 72 of title 24. C.R.S.: to the Executive Director of the Department of Natural Resources 11. To comply with the minimum guidelines for coordination of this project with other State weather modification projects the Applicant shall: a. notify the designated representative of the Department of Natural Resources each day seeding occurs of the location, time, and rate of proposed seeding. b. notify any other operator authorized to modify the weather in the State during the designated time period before and after cloud seeding operations.
