~ II EMPLOYEE BACKGROUND fOR OPERATIONS IN COLORADO

Through the years, Atmospherics Incorporated has attempted to expand
on a scale which allows the proper training and steady increase of experi-
ence within the limitations of highly variable requirements. In this con-
text, we offer a choice of meteorological, radar and pilot capabilities
which represent the potential for a very strong team effort in Colorado.

The following table shows the names and background experience of
pilots which are immediately available for operations in Colorado.
Total Total Exp. on Total
Pilot Inst. Six of the pi lots hol d current ATRrati ngs. Two of the
pilots additionally hold a current A&P rating.

Our experience with field meteorologists and weather modification
radar personnel is similar to the pilot category. In the past, we have
adamantly opposed operational weather modification programs without the use
of radar. Our feeling on this point continues to strengthen as we focus
the attention of meteorologists on the use of radar as a strong tool in appli-
cations programs. In the meteorologist/radar operator/technician category,
