It normally takes several seasons of operations to gather
sufficient data '.to evaluate the precipitation changes within the
project area with a reasonable statistical degree of confidence. An
operational report wil1 be furnished to the program participants and
the Director of Natural Resources following each seeding season in
",hich precipitation ",ithin the project area ",ill be indicated with
any perti>:ent 'comlllents to comparisons wi th respect to normal or
precipitation in adjacent areas. This proposed program will be
operated nearly identical to programs operated by l~estern Weather
Consultants, Inc. during the past five years in Colorado. Evaluations
of these programs have been made under contacts from the State of
Colorado to C.S.U. We would anticpate similiar evaluation results
from this proposed program.
