Following each seeding ioperation, each generator operator that

was instructed to run his quclei generator will submit a written

report on the actual operations times, verify the seeding rates and

note any weather observati9ns or operational discrepancies during

his requested operating peDiod. A summary of these reports for each

seeding operation will be ~rovided to the Department of Natural

Resources on a regular bas~s as required.

The generator network will be serviced primarily by trained

and experienced personnel ~ith from three to seven years of recent
,
field experience on weathe~ modification programs. Additional help

as needed will assist thesJ technicians in maintaining the availabil-
:
ity ,and proper operation o~ the generators in the network. Because
,
of ,their familiarity with rlhe types of weather conditions considered
I
for seeding, the techniciarls' weather observations from the various
. i
portions of the seeding arJas provide additional information to the
I
meteorological personnel fdr continuous operational program control.
