Such evidence and information <br />shalt be furnished at the expense of the Government except where the Contractor has agreed to <br />Indemnify the Government. <br /> <br />(c) The Contractor agrees to Include, and require inclusion of, this cl~use in al I subcontracts <br />at any tier for supplies or services (Including construct.on and architect-engineer subcontracts <br />and those for material, supplies, models, samples, or design or testing services) expected to <br />exceed the dollar amount set forth in 13.000 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). <br /> <br />1-19 <br />
