Your office has issued licenses to John and Dan for the two <br />previous calendar years. I have enclosed a check for $200 for this renewal. <br />As stated in your letter dated 11-25-92 (copy attached), it is our understanding that : :I!.-Jl <- <br />we do not need to submit an application for renewal of our cloud seeding permit (92-3y.- " <br />If this is not the case please notify us as soon as possible as our client, the Northern <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District (NCWCD), wishes to begin operations on the nrst <br />of February.
