With this permit we have
granted conditional approval during the operating period for five years through May 1997.
Should you wish to continue operations next year, you donot need to submit an application
for renewal of this permit. However, you will note that I have listed specific requirements
in the "Terms and Conditions" by which you must comply.

Please also find enclosed my record of decision on the issuance of the subject permit.
I am forwarding this to you for your information and files.

I would like to remind you of two other significant matters. First. before you may
begin operations this year you must provide me with certified notices from the newspapers
that you placed the notice of intent. Second, I want to remind you that your current
weather modification license expires at the end of this calendar year, and you will need to
apply for a renewal before January, 1993.
