Examined your application. dated March 22, 1990, for a permit to conduct rain <br />augmentation and hail suppression activities in parts of western Kansas; and <br /> <br />2. Given .due consideration of all aspects of the application, including the operational plan, <br />proof of insurance, proof of publication of notice of intent to conduct weather <br />. modification activities and testimony given at the public hearing held on April 24, <br />1990, in Garden City. <br /> <br />1 hereby approve your application for a permit to engage in weather modification activities in <br />Kansas and the operational plan submitted with your application.
