The project target area <br />is as described in paragraph 2 of the "Terms <br />and Conditions" of the permit. <br /> <br />PERMIT SOUGHT: <br /> <br />Original permit pursuant to section 36-20-112, <br />C.R.S.. with conditional approval for a time <br />period in excess of one year's duration <br />pursuant to section 36-20-114.
