My daughter has been in the <br />hospital and I dictated a first draft while there. In the <br />press of that situation. I did not proof read the draft as <br />carefully as I should have. I apologize for having to make <br />these revisions. <br /> <br />This will also confirm. in response to an inquiry from Mr. <br />Curtis Smith. that the notification required by paragraph 9.a <br />of the terms and conditions of the permit will be deemed <br />satisfied if the required information is telefaxed to me each <br />day that seeding occurs in the project target area.
