<br />The Primary Target'Area 01 the operations for
<br />which a Weather Modification Permit is sought

<br />The Western San Juan Mountains above 9,000
<br />h. m.s.1. in the AOlmas, La Plaia, Mancos, and
<br />Dolores drainage basins. The target area
<br />includes portions of the following counties
<br />within the State 01 Colorado:
<br />Dolores. Monte2:tuna, La PlaIa and San Juan.
<br />The general area beyond the P~imarY' Target
<br />Area whldl may reasonably be expected to be

<br />for Which a Permit is sought includes all or a
<br />portionol the following counties within the State
