The Applicant shall <=rluct such opera- <br /> <br />tions for and on behalf of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, <br />1313 Shennan, Denver, Colorado 80203. Dr. Larry G. Davis am. Mr. <br /> <br />Raljil Papania, Jr., who hold weather nodification licenses, N:>. 21 <br /> <br />and N:>. 22, will be in control of the project operations. <br /> <br />The primary Target Area of the operations for which a Weather <br /> <br />r-bdification Permit is being sought is des=ibed as follCMS: <br /> <br />A southern boundary on a line fran Rifle easb<ard along I - 70 <br />to Glenwood Springs, then southeast along the Roaring Forks <br />River to Basalt, then easblard along a line fran Basalt, <br />Tennessee Pass to Kenosha Pass. N:>rthern bolIDdaIy is the <br />~ State line. Eastern Bo\.lrldaIy is the N:>rthern Front <br />Range. '!he intended seeding areas within this region will be <br />those IT01mtain =ests which normally receive IlOre than 20 <br />inches of winter precipitation. COUnties affected are: <br />Routt, Rio Blanco, Garfield, Eagle, Jackson, Iariner, Grand, <br />Boulder, Clear Creek, Smrnitt. <br />
