We have dis- <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />cussed this program, as Mr. Hjermstad had stated; we have <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />met with basically the cattlemen of the valley. We have had <br /> <br />real frank discussions, and I think we have come to an under-I <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />standing and an agreement on this weather modification pro- <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />gram as proposed. <br /> <br />-53- <br />
