Financial Responsibility: <br />Attached are documents executed on behalf of insurance or surety companies licensed <br />to do business in the State of Colorado indicating that liability insurance or <br />surety bonds, cancelable only after 30 days notice to the Executive Director, <br />evidencing proof of financial responsibility with respect to the proposed project <br />as required by 15l-1-12 (1) (d), CRS 1963, as amended. <br /> <br />COlorado State University is an agency of the State of Colorado. <br />
