Permit No, 91-1 <br />(orIginally granted on Nov. I, 1990) Is for weather modification operations Intended to augment <br />natural precipitation over the Vail and Beaver Creek Ski areas, The pro;)ram will operate <br />according to the terms and conditions of the original permit. The program sponsors will be the <br />Sllme as those listed for the 1993-94 seeding season, One additional seeding sIte West of Eagle, <br />CO to further improve coverage over the target areas is planned for installation for this winter's <br />operations, My current Liabi Iity Insurance coverage will be renewed to maintain coverage <br />throughout the operating perioo for this coming winter's program, <br /> <br />The Aspen Program will not renew Its Weather Modification Perm It at this time because of the <br />anticipated reduction in skier visits to Aspen resulting from the ContinentalsAirlines pull-out <br />from Denver, A re-evaluation of this Program will be mlK1e later this winter, <br /> <br />P lease find a check for the $1 00,00 perm it fee.
