<br />~ <br /> <br />-~ <br /> <br />business day if seeding occurs on a non-business <br />day. and <br /> <br />b. refrain from indiscriminate seeding activities or <br />overseeding. which may be grounds for revocation of <br />this permit. <br /> <br />10. The State reserves the right to examine and audit the <br />daily logs. books. and records of the permittee <br />concerning the project which is the subject of this <br />permit for a period of two years after the termination <br />date of this permit. <br /> <br />11. The permittee shall be responsible for obtaining all <br />permits. licenses. or other approvals. and for filing <br />all notices or reports. required by federal. state. or <br />local laws in addition to this permit. <br /> <br />12. The 2 percent commercial fee required by section <br />36-20-113. C.R.S.. shall be based upon the final <br />contract price for each year's operation and shall be <br />paid to the Director by June 30 of each year. <br /> <br />13. All notices. reports, records. payments and other <br /> <br /> <br />communications which the permittee must provide to the <br /> <br /> <br />Director shall be addressed as follows: <br /> <br />-7- <br />
