Form WM3, or a summary thereof indicating on which <br />days and from which generators seeding actually <br />occurred, shall be submitted bi-weekly: <br /> <br />1) to the Director, <br /> <br />2) to the Grand Junction "Sentinel", Montrose <br /> <br /> <br />"Daily Press", "North Fork Times" (Paonia), <br /> <br /> <br />"Delta County Independent" (Delta), <br /> <br /> <br />"Gunnison County Times" (Gunnison), Aspen <br />"Times", and the Glenwood Springs "Post" <br /> <br />newspapers. <br /> <br />3) to the Colorado State Patrol, and <br /> <br />4) to the Colorado Avalanche Information <br />Center. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
