(NA WC) hereby submits a Permit <br />Application Form WM-2 (including an Operations Plan) for a weather modification <br />program in Gunnison County, Colorado. This application is being submitted on behalf of <br />the following entities: Gunnison County, Dos Rios Water System, Upper Gunnison River <br />Water Conservancy District, Crested Butte Mountain Resort, Town of Crested Butte, <br />Crested Butte Mountain resort, Scenic River Tours, City of Gunnison, Gunnison County <br />Stockgrowers Association and Crested Butte South Metropolitan District and possibly <br />other project sponsors to be named at the public hearing. A check for $100.00 is enclosed <br />as required by statute. <br /> <br />As discussed previously and approved by yourself and the Attorney Generals <br />office, a public hearing has been set for 2pm, Wednesday, Dec. 18th in the Gunnison <br />County Court House, 200 E.
