These funds are helpful as <br />there is no annual appropriation to administer this program. Your base contract with Don Griffith of <br />North American Weather Consultants Inc. is for $64,680. Two percent ofthat total is $1293. Please <br />submit a payment for $1293 made out to the Colorado Water Conservation Board for the operational <br />year 2002-2003. Please reference the Guunison County WM permit and operational year 02-03 in <br />your cover letter for payment.
