The reports shall <br />specifically note compliance with the conditions of this permit and shall contain a <br />special sect'ion noting any 'proposed or .actual d~v;ations from said cond.itions and the <br />circumstances of the approval thereof as required in paragraph 1 of these TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS.
