<br />NOTICE OF INTENT TO MODIFY <br />WEATHER <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SOUTHERN COLORADO FARMS, INC. of 55 <br />North Torres St., P.O. Box 416, Center, Colorado 81125, hereinafter reffered 10 as <br />"Applicant". has or is about to file with lhe Executive Director of the Colorado <br />Department of Natural Resources an application for a permit to conduct weather <br />modification operations within the State of Colorado and within the areas hereinafter <br />more specifically staled. The Applicant shall conduct such operations lor and on <br />behaJlof ilsalf. <br />The name 01 the person who shall be in control 01 the weather modilicatiOl'\ <br />program is Michale John Eggers, of 55 North Toprres St., P.O. Box 416, Center, CO <br />81125. <br />The primary target area of the operations for which the weather modification <br />permit is sought is described as followes: Township 41 Range 7 ENMPM, a Portion <br />cl Set.\iCfls 4, 25, and 36, Township 41 Range 9- ENMPM, a poroon 01 Sections 3 & <br />10. <br />The general area beyond the Primary Target Area which may reasonably be <br />expected to be affected by the weather modification operations for which a Permit is <br />~n'cgt\t-i~1-N'Rangtl57&$el"MPM. <br />The &xpec\ed duration 01 the wea\hel modil\ca\ion operations lor which a Permit is <br />sought is from the issuance 01 the permllto September 15, 1996 for the first year <br />and therearter June 15 thru Septemer 15. <br />The intended effect of the weather nodilieation operations is to reduce the <br />incidences of hail in the primary target area and 10 induce precipitation in a non-solid <br />slale. <br />Complete det6ails of the operations to be conducted by the Applicant are available <br />on request from the_applicant.
