<br />The general area beyond the Primary Target Area which may reasonably
<br />be expected to be affected by the weather modification operations for which a
<br />Pennit is sought includes a portion of :

<br />The expected duration of the weather modification operations for which a
<br />Pennit is sought is from the issuance of the permit to Septerilber 15, 1996 for
<br />ftlillitst year and thereaftedune.l5 thruSeptember.-15.

<br />The intended effect of the weather modification operations is to reduce the
<br />incidences of hail in the primary target area and to induce precipitation in a
<br />non-solid state,
<br />
