III EVALUATION OF PERM1T APPLICATIONS

(A) Informntion required on Form WM2 must be in sufficient detail to racilit~tc

analysis of the application. All pertinent data relating to technical feasibility

and economic benefits should be included as exhibits attached to the application.

The Executive Director of the Department of Natural Resources ~nd his Advisory Com-

mittee may request additional amplification.

(B) It is the responsibility of the applicant to show that the pro~r:lm C.,n
