A current daily log of oyerations. which inpludes <br />the information required by Form WM3. information <br />on which seed/no seed decisions are based. and <br />information utilized in making avalanche suspension <br />decisions. shall be maintained by the permittee at <br />its offices. <br /> <br />d. An annual operationai report and an annual project <br />evaluation shall be filed by September 1 of each <br />year for the preceding winter's operations. A <br />final operational report and a preliminary <br /> <br />. <br />scientific evaluation of the entire project shall <br />be filed no later than thirty days after the <br />completion of the enti~e project. A final complete <br />scientific evaluation of the entire project shall <br />be filed no later than 180 days after the <br />completion of the entire project. All such reports <br />shall be pUblic records subject to the provisions <br />and limitations of part 2 of article 72 of title <br /> <br />24. C.R.S. <br /> <br />9.
