<br />flt'..- <br />Q..,," <br /> <br />The permittee shall inform and consult with the Colorado Avalanche Information <br />Center and the Colorado State Patrol (District No.5 Office in Durango) prior to <br />commencing seeding operations each year. <br />Y-<t..~ ~J- <br />10. The permittee shall prepare and maintain the following written reports: <br />\, ~~ ^ <br />a. A ~Vdaily lo~ of operations, which includes the information required <br />by Form WM3 (copy attached), information on which seed/no seed <br />decisions are based, and information utilized in making avalanche <br />suspension decisions, shall be maintained by the permittee at its offices. <br /> <br />t-:-'><: I <br />b. A monthly report on Form WM3, Jor a ary t reof,!' icating on <br />which days and from which generators se di c 11 urre . <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />c. An annual report shall be filed no later than September 1 of each year for <br />the preceding winter's operations.
